How to Purchase a Gift Voucher Online

Treat your loved ones to a luxurious salon experience with a Nesbitt Hair and Body gift voucher! Follow these simple steps to purchase one online.

Important Note:

Gift vouchers are best purchased on a computer but can also be bought on a mobile device.

 

Step 1: Access the Gift Voucher Page

Click on the "Gift Vouchers" link on our website or click here.
This will redirect you to our secure online system, powered by Simple Salon.

 

Step 2: Choose Your Voucher Details

• Select a preset voucher amount or enter a custom amount.

 

Step 3: Create an Account or Sign In

• If you already have an account, log in. Otherwise, you’ll need to create one.

• Your account allows you to access your gift voucher details after purchase.

 

Step 4: Complete Payment

• Choose your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to complete your transaction securely.

• Once payment is successful, a confirmation pop-up will appear:
  "Your voucher purchase has been confirmed. Please enter the recipient's name and email on the next page."

 

Step 5: Enter Recipient Details

• Fill in the recipient's name and email address.

• You can also add an optional message for the recipient.

• Once all fields are completed, click "Send".

• A success message will confirm: "Voucher has been sent successfully."

 

Step 6: Gift Voucher Delivery

• The recipient will receive an email from 'system@makeonlinebooking.com' containing their gift voucher details.

• The email will look something like this:

  Hi John,
  You've received a Nesbitt Hair and Body gift voucher from Jane Doe!

  Happy Birthday, have a great day!

  Voucher ID: 2736228
  Voucher Amount: $100.00

Important Notes:

You will not receive a confirmation email of your purchase—only the recipient will. To check your voucher details, log in to your account and go to "My Vouchers" on the top right, or contact us—we can confirm the details on our end.

 

Step 7: Redeem the Voucher

• The recipient can redeem the voucher at Nesbitt by providing the voucher code at reception.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
